Water chemistry pH 7.0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 15, temperature 75 degrees
MaintenanceI do a water change once every 2 weeks of about 25%, at that time I will vac the gravel, I rinse the filter media off in the removed water

Nothing is hard once you get used to it. Your tank is a hobby....not a job.....enjoy it, love it, and it will give you happiness in return
Description:
I have to leave one side of the tank heavily planted as my guppies keep having babies. The babies hide in the thick plants for about 2 weeks before they venture off into the rest of the tank.

Start out by saving money to buy the right equipment the first time. Don't buy anything the LFS guy tries to push on you. Do some digging on the internet before buying anything. Ask veteran aquarists questions on the forums they might have usefull information for you.
