Description: Tank16x24x12 20 US gals Filtration Whisper 20 with Fuval cermaic media Lighting Jebo 2x 55watt standerd blubs giving me 5.5wpg CO2 Nurifin CO2 unit, water, yeast, sugar mix giving me about 1 bubble per min Substrate small gravel about 3" deep Fertilisation plant food tabs (near bigger plants) about 1 time per month, Flurish twice a week Water chemistry pH 7.0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 15, temperature 75 degrees MaintenanceI do a water change once every 2 weeks of about 25%, at that time I will vac the gravel, I rinse the filter media off in the removed water
Advice: If begining a new tank, carefully pick each of your elements Fish (for compatabilty), Plants (both for layout and for light, water requirements) and Size (to accomadate both of the other elements)
