About Yourself:I am fairly new to the hobby of reefkeeping about 6 months into it. Have made a fair amount of mistakes to learn from. But i have had plenty experience with freshwater more specifically cichlids.
Fish Kept:Currently no fish due to a recent ich outbreak. But i do have a maxima clam, cleaner shrimp, 2 peppermint shrimp, countless turbo snails, and 10 red legged hermit crabs.
Corals/Plants:I mainly am keeping sps, but i have xenia pom poms and a frogspawn. Of course I have some zoas at the moment. I plan on having a wide variety of zoas in the future.
About Yourself:I went to Maui scuba diving in the reef... I was hooked! I always had tanks as a kid so it was only natural to end up with a giant reef of my own...I love it! I have had it going for four years now, so I say its not going anyware!! Its a lot of upkeep, but so am I, so no problems for me here!! lol... I enjoy it more than watching tv!! theres always drama happening in that little world they live in too...its like the discovery channel live.
Fish Kept:3 blue chromis 1 sailfin tang 1blue tang 1 niger trigger, sand sifting guy, and a purple yellow"jerk"!
Corals/Plants:Toad stool star polyps open brain red plate brown purple rim plate clams acros millie trumpet coral green ricordias colt coral blue and brown stag im sure more, I see things growing in it all the time I never purchased...creeping out of the live rock..mystery polyps and sponges and the colt coral.. its all over and I never bought it.. I sure have to trim it all the time. but its pretty so whatever...
Advice: If it looks good...DONT touch it.

Fish Kept:Purple Tang, Blue Hippo Tang, 2 Black Saddleback Clownfish, Bi-Color Pseudochromis, Purple Queen Anthia, Bi-Color Blenny, Tiger jawfish, Blue Jaw Trigger, Yellow Coris Wrasse, Spotted Leopard Wrasse, 2 Purple Firefish. and Red Mandarin, Melanaurus Wrasse, 3 Purple Tilefish. Snails, hermits, conchs, etc. All fish peacefully getting along surprising.
Advice:This is m first Saltwater Reef Tank. Watch Out For the Sucker Stage!!!, Don't rush into anything. All fish must eat before you purchase. I cannot begin to tell you how may fish were lost because they never ate.

Fish Kept:Mated pair of true percula clowns, watchman goby, Diamond "Sand Sifter" Goby, 1 juvenile Yellow Tang (to be moved to bigger tank soon, Randall's Pistol shrimp (Alpheus randalli), and basic cleaners, incl. Astria and Nassarius snails, hermits.

About Yourself:Just had the itch one day and bought a few Bettas and kept going from there. I have an interest in saltwater tanks, however my pocket book does not currently share the same interest. I just aquired a 120 gallon tank and am in the process of setting it up for saltwater
Fish Kept:Mono Sebae, Russell's Lion, Stonefish, Powder Brown Tang, Spiney Box Puffer, Columbian Shark (catfish).
Advice:I have this tank and a few other smaller tanks. I recommend beggining with an Eclipse system and reading Freshwater or Saltwater Tanks for Dummies. The Eclipse system comes with everything you need. Make sure you have time for the hobby.
