About Yourself: My OH won a prize in my sons school raffle back in Dec 2010, a small kiddies tanks with 1 x goldfish. I adopted it as he got bored v soon after. Enjoyed it so much, bought a 60L with a few tropicals, and now have the trops in a 180L planted tank...i'm hooked!!
Fish Kept: 5 x cherry Barbs 8 x lemon Tetras 4 x platys 2 x Kribs
Corals/Plants: java ferns, amazon swords, cryptocorynes, java moss...
Tank Size: 180 gallons
Advice: Just be patient...its worth the wait! :-)

About Yourself: i got into fish tanks as a kid. my fist tank was a 10 gallon with 5 fish in it to day i still have 3 of those fish.its been a great hobby through the years. 4 in all. so far ive gotten one of my friends to start a tank too. Its one of the best hobbies i have.
Fish Kept: 6 angels 2 dwarf gorami 20 minor tetra 2 chinese algea eaters
Corals/Plants: 9 water sprite 7 cryptocoryne 4 dwarf baby tears 3 slender leafed amazon 3 java ferns
Tank Size: 55 gallons
Advice: start small then go big. always have something to clean the algea in your tank. never get cheap decorations always try to make your tank look natural. instead, use plants (not fake), rocks and driftwood. also dont keep a bunch of different fish keep big groups of the same kind depending on the size of the fish.

About Yourself: ive gotten into planted tanks a few years back but with many failed attempts that were costly i just stuck with the gravel and plastic...so one day i decided to give it a shot once more...so i started with 3 amazon swords which ive had for a year that hasnt died or grown...when i saw that the plants were still alive i decided to take the hobby serious researching everything first from multiple resources
Fish Kept: 2 black striped neon tetra(was 4), Black skirt tetra and a reg Black tetra, 2 clown placos, albino brittle nose pleco, spotted pleco, 2 khuli loaches and trumpet snails
Corals/Plants: 1 brazillian sword,7 amazon swords,java fern with 7 off springs, 1 borneo fern, 3 umbrella ferns{not sure}and the the other species im unsure, 1 anubias barteri 2 marino moss balls, java moss, 2 blocks of drift wood, gravel and 25 lbs of aquarium sand substrate
Tank Size: 55 gallons
