About Yourself:
New to this hobby.
Fish Kept:
4 Angels
1 Western River Rainbowfish
5 Diamond Tetras
2Headtail Tetras
1 Zebra Loach
1 Rainbow Shark
Corals/Plants:
Plastic & Silk Plants, Driftwood, rocks
Tank Size:
55 gallons
Advice:
Can't give advise yet. Still learning myself!
I tried to make sure I gave the fish a friendly environment while still being pleasing to the eye and the decor of the room. Plenty of tall plants on sides that keep the Angels happy, plenty of rocks and nooks and crannies for my zebra loach and rainbow shark to hide and the cherry barbs to play in, then plenty of open space in the middle for the diamond tetras and australian rainbow to swim around. It seems they are all happy. Hey, if they're happy that means they're healthy which in turn makes me happy!

About Yourself:
I got hooked first with a 55 gallon and two Oscars, a 100 gallon with two African Clown Knife, a 135 gallon with mixed African Cichlids, and then with my current 46 gallon bowfront. Just love watching them and creating little environments for them to thrive.

About Yourself:
Graphic Designer, Bass Player, and a Fish Keeper...Almost exclusively Cichlids (African, Central and South American)
Fish Kept:
Adolescents:
1 Pseudotropheus Crabro,
1 Pseudotropheus Elongatus,
1 Cynotilapia Afra,
1 Labeotropheus Fuelleborni,
1 OB Fuelleborni
Juveniles:
1 Melanochomis Auratus
1 Labidochromis caeruleus
Corals/Plants:
None, just 2 really lazy, boring snails
Tank Size:
29 gallons
Advice:
RINSE your PlaySand Thoroughly...and DON'T use pre-packaged kitchen sponges on the inside of your tank...because whatever chemical they use to keep the sponges moist inside the package is HIGHLY TOXIC to FISH. I found out the hardest way possible...wiping out 80% of my Malawians..some older than 2 years. So stay away from sponges altogether, just use a paper towel folded over a few times.
