Our family grew up raising fish in 55 gallons. I'm in an apartment now with a smaller aquarium, but I love the hobby of keeping fish. I continue to watch my tank in just the same way as when I was a kid.

Started out with a metal framed 10 gal that I got with Blue Chip Stamps (makes me feel old). Always had a tank of some sort, whether jus goldfish or tropicals. recently got back into the hobby when my husband had surgery...now I don't know why I ever stopped!

5 African cichlids and a pleco
Corals/Plants:
Whole bunch of sword plants...the only things that seem to grow with so little light and the cichlids chasing each other around

read as much sa as you can and don't forget weekly water changes!
