My Community Tank , 2 nearing adult discus , 3 juvinile discus, 6 Harlequin tetras, 1 Bristlenose Catfish, 1 Pakastani Loach. Custom Trickle filter plus internal powerhead with sponge. Lots of Plants unsure of species not a plant expert.

start off smaller tank then work up as it is alot harder starting big. Jewl is really good for filter keeps water really clean anti algae too.

I got into Fish about 10 years ago when my dad bought a 55 gallon community tank. at 11 years old i told him that i could turn my 20 gallon tank into a much nicer looking tank than his. a few months later after saving up my allowance i set up a tank with tons of fake plants and Rocks that i found by the river. it actually didnt look that bad but i was housing 2 Jack Depseys and an oscar and they completely destroyed the decor every day. Now im a little wiser when it comes to fish selection.

i build tanks when i get in the mood, do some electronics too, love fishing , and radio control aircraft, off road rc racing.

Patience is key. Learn the relationship between Ph, CO2, and CaCO3 buffering capacity. Understand your water source, and how the available water will influence your stocking decisions and methods of maintaining water quality. Live plants help stabilize the overall system.
