About Yourself:
Got into fish as a little kid with a 10 gallon and gradually increased to 20 then 55 and now 125. Im aiming to have several large tanks in the near future.
Fish Kept:
South American and African Cichlids
Corals/Plants:
15-20 live plants currently but planning to add quite a few more.
Tank Size:
125 gallons
Advice:
Have good filtration and 10 hours of good powerful lighting. dont forget to add plenty of live plants to help the natural cycle and add some oxygen. I like buying the plant bulb packs for around 5 bucks you get 4-8 bulbs. they usually work pretty good.

About Yourself:
This is my third tank in 10 years or so and really wanted a reef tank but cant spare the time with 4 kids! so settled on a malawi tank with lots of ocean rock. Happy with it now finally
Fish Kept:
Mainly Malawi's with 2 clown loach and a few tanganyikans plus 3 catfish
Corals/Plants:
A few plastic plants and a fake skull to keep my sons happy

Advice:
Dont go for the first idea you have, take a long time to decide on what you want and buy the biggest and best equipment you can. What seems a good idea when you start will annoy you after a week and then you will be throwing it all out and starting again, ££££££ choose wisely and enjoy

this is my 350l african rift lake aquarium with ocean rock (and a couple of skulls the kids wanted in! ) also 2 breeding traps full of healthy brichardi and demasoni fry.
