Marineland 37 gallon tank with stand powered by a Penguin 200 Bio-Wheel power filter. The water is heated by a 150 watt Visi-Therm submersible heater. Tank is new and is currently undergoing the initial cycle stage.

one 3 year old koi angel, 3 young gold angels, 8 buenos aires tetras(2 year old). so I keep some plastic plants but the front is planted with amazon swords which they don't eat. 4 corys and one Betta

I had a simple 20 gal for a long time, so about 4 months ago I decided to pump up the volume. I am still rearranging and creating habitats for my little guys. My tank makes me so happy every day. Everyone should have a fish tank.

Jack Dempsey, Albino Greshakeis, Auratus, Kenyi, Bumblebee, Yellow Labs, Moorii, Red Zebra, Acei, Ruby Peacock, Demonsi, etc.
2 Plecos: common and albino bristlenose
1 Golden Chinese Algae Eater 2"
1 Tire Track Eel 5"
1 Cobalt Blue Lobster(crayfish) 4"

fake plants because the fish dig in the sand and uproot them.

I am a 38 year old mother of three, who thinks chihuahua's are better than teenagers. I love my fishtanks also.

55 Gallon Lake Malawi tank. I built the rock structure out of PVC pipe, rock, aquarium silicone, hot glue, gravel and plants. There is rock and gravel surrounding the structure, fading into white sand on the other side of the tank. The population consists of 1 Large male ice blue zebra, 3 females, 5 female bumblebee cichlid (we have a large male on his way in two weeks). There are also 2 upsidedown catfish, 3 various colored cory cats, 2 plecostemous, a chocolate, and a sailfinned marbled (one will go into the next tank, I got a great bargain on the chocolate recently), and two red clawed crabs.
I also have a 2.5 gallon tank at work. It runs a little whisper filter and has one male beta and three red glowfish.
Corals/Plants:
None, plastic or silk are great.

Research, plan, execute. I spent two months researching the fish I wanted to keep. Once I knew what I wanted to populate the tank with, what their requirements were and who they'd get along with I began planning the inside of the tank. I have slowly stocked my tank adding at most 4 fish at a time.
