About Yourself: My name is Josh, I'm 21 and I live in Prescott, AZ. I moved here last year from Houston, TX. I work for a company that sells water treatments systems and I also install breathalyzers in DUI offenders cars as a second part time job. I have been in the fish hobby since I was 15, and got my first salt water tank when I was 16. By 18 I was out of the hobby. I just recently got back into it, as its a little easier now that I make more money. I just downgraded from a 75 gal. tank into a 29 gal. because its a little easier and cheaper to maintain. Thats about it so...........yeah.
Fish Kept: Right now I only have a Sailfin Tang a mated pair of Black Ocellaris clowns and a Blue Damsle. I had a serious ich outbreak and lost all of my last fish so now these are my new starters for now. Also have a Cleaner Shrimp and a Coral Banded Shrimp.
Corals/Plants: Green Star Polyps, Brown Button Polyps, 3 different kinds of Zoanthids, and some Purple/GreenMetallic Mushrooms, Green Frogspawn, Trumpet Coral, Green Ricordia.
Tank Size: 29 gallons
Advice: Hang in there, it may be hard at first to get all of your water parameters right, but with a little bit of time and lots of practice you will get the hang of it. Join some reef forums. there are alot of nice people waiting for you to ask questions no matter how stupid you think they may be. Dont ever be afraid to ask, because your only hurting yourself and your tank inhabbitants if you dont.
