coral keeping is not a hobby, it's basically a contraversal, irresponsible, tiring, disturbance, live killing, money sucking black hole. It's a terribly sorry thing that one can ever have. My advise don't start it.

Keep the system very stable, that's all you need to do, stability, they hate changes, and they die to demonstrate their point.

Reef keeping for 2 years, started with a 75 gallon, next moved up to a 150 gallon with sump then finally bought a brand new 240 gallon tank and Custom made stand and sump.
