About Yourself:
Over 40 years in the fish hobby with many different setups throughout the years. From starting at a young age with a Community tank, to Australian Bosemi Rainbows, to Lake Malawi Cichlids amongst others, this 180-gallon fully planted riverbed hardscape tank filled with over 70+ fish is by far my favorite and most enjoyable. Watching the schools staying together in a large group and moving about the stream much as they would in the wild is very fun and relaxing to watch. I love the outdoors, boating, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, etc...and when I get home and sit in front of this aquascape, it feels like I'm snorkeling in the Rio.
Fish Kept:
Cardinal Tetra, True Rummynose Tetra, Red Eye Tetra, Glolite Tetra, Silver Tip Tetra, Harlequin Rasbora, Dwarf Rainbow Fish, Congo Tetra, Peppered Cory Cat, Red Minor Serpae Tetra, White Cloud Mountain Minnow
Corals/Plants:
Amazon Swards. Dwarf hair grass. Jungle Vals. Java fern. Java Lace fern. Micro swords. Micro grass. Ludwigia. Anubiais.
Tank Size:
180 gallons
Advice:
Make a plan. Do your research. Get a good test kit. Create an environment that your fish selection requires. Enjoy.
