About Yourself: I am 45, with 4 kids in College. I grew up with tanks in my home as a kid. Then as a young adult had a tank until 4 babies took all my time. Now that I have tones more time, I have this 75 gallon for over 5 years. I am so thrilled as we are building in a 180 possibly a 200 gallon tank as a room divider, and will happily transfer these fish into a bigger home. I want to convert this 75 into a reef at that point :D
Fish Kept: I am a bit over stocked but am getting ready to go to a 180 gallon soon, keep up with frequent water changes. 8 cardinals, 8 Rubies, 5 Boseman, 4 clown loaches, 6 giant danios, bushy nose pleco, 4 hatchets, 2 Congo tetras
Corals/Plants: 4 sword, 2 Indian red swords, dwarf baby tears, ruffle plant, Myrio red, Balansae Plant
Tank Size: 75 gallons
Advice: Find a GREAT local fish store, start with the right equipment upfront, slow on the fish, keep reading books and forums, keep up the cleaning routine.

About Yourself: I like fish
Fish Kept: discus, altum angels, wild Peruvian angels, Africans (Tanganyikans), Endler's, brackish, native American fish
Corals/Plants: many
Tank Size: 90 gallons
Advice: Don't be in a rush to fill your tank with fish! And if you are able, keep them in an isolation tank for at least two weeks before introducing them into your established tank. And don't be 'medication happy' at the first signs of illness: clean water and good food go a long way in helping fish fight off disease on their own.

Fish Kept: Right Now: 2 Zebra Danios, 4 Leopard Danios, 5 Neon Tetras, 6 Black Tetras, 6 Panda Corydoras, 1 Banjo Catfsh and 1 Bushynosed Pleco. I plan on getting more Tetras and Danios to replenish the ones lost through cycling.
Corals/Plants: I have 4 Cyrpts, 2 Hygos Siamensis, 2 Hygo Compacts, 2 Amazon Swords, 2 Anubis Plants 3 Glossostigma plant clusters, Cardimine Kytra and a Hygro Polysperma. There is also a healthy supply of algae growing on my driftwood. ^^
Tank Size: 40 gallons
Advice: Patience is very important as a aquarist. You can't rush anything. 90% of "quick fix" products are shams. You HAVE to cycle a tank properly, either fishless, with plants, or with hardy fish like Danios. Plan your tank before you start making it. When you finally have your tank, realize that there will always be some algae. Its a sign of a healthy tank!^^
