About Yourself:Long time aquarist. First fresh water tank set up in 1976. First salt water tank set up in 1977. My tank was featured in the September 1993 issue of "Marine Fish Monthly". I have successfully kept both reef tanks and fish only tanks.
Fish Kept:Blue Face Angelfish, Flame Angelfish, (4) Blue Tangs, (2) Heniochus Butterflyfish, Yellow Tang, Sailfin Tang, Yellow-Stripe Maroon Clownfish and Blackt Triggerfish. So far, no incidents with the Triggerfish. Keeping my fingers crossed! Added Auriga Butterflyfish. All still going great as of May 2010.
Advice:Feed sparingly as fish normally forage for food continuously. Overfeeding causes the fish to stop foraging and it just makes it look un-natural. Also (and more importantly), all nutrients added must (eventually) be taken out. Feeding carefully makes maintenance much easier and less disruptive to your fish.
