Advice:ask the fish store employees and do research before buying a fish. the most important questions in my opinion are : how big do they get ? how many gallons do the need ? and will they eat other fish ?
Description:the 125 gallon is now going planted. I have added a lot of driftwood and live plants
Advice:Let your water cycle first for a few days before adding fish. Have back up heaters & filter equipment & chemicals for a start up tank cycle, have stuff for ick & disease for the fish. Using the salts for the tank also promote health Gil function & treat disease in the tank. Be patient with the tank it'll take some time to get acclimated & healthy bacteria.
Description:Nothing overly flash, just a 55 gallon planted tank that will house a polleni cichlid. Homemade stand and hood with all natural plants and driftwood. Its still cycling at the moment so I'll post some more pics at a later date.
