About Yourself:
I'm 19 I just started with fish. I've bought three. One from Walmart, One from petsmark and that one died and one from a fish place near my home. I love fish but I first laid my eyes on a female gourami I fell in love with her because of her spots. At first I knew nothing about them but now I know a little and I just want more but I attend college and I'm not sure id I should get more.

About Yourself:
I have had fish tanks since I was a little kid so for about 16 years on and off. I designed my current tank for my one year old son, so it has vibrant colors and lots of active fish. I am currently ia college student majoring in Engineering at TTU but I am also in the Airfoce. I want to get another tank in the future probably around 75 gallons. I have started to become a tetra collector of sorts by accident. what can i say they are low maintenance, but i am a shark lover at heart!
Fish Kept:
2 - Pristella Tetra
2 - Serpae Tetra
3 - X-Ray Tetra
1 - Painted Tetra
2 - Neon Tetra
3 - Zebra fish
3 - Baby Platys
1 - Golden Pleco
1 - Dalmatian Molly
Corals/Plants:
All are fake but...
1 amazon sword
a few medium height kelps
and lots of little ground cover
they make it seem more lively.
Tank Size:
30 gallons
Advice:
Patience is prolonged suffering, but it is worth the wait. Don't rush start up on a new tank. Start with cheap fish and check your water (PH, nitrogen, and ammonia) often!

Advice:
Landscaping your aquarium should be well planned out. There are tons of great examples in this website. It's almost as, if not equally important, to selecting the right mix of fish. I am slowly but surely going to get my habitat rocked and caved out right eventually. It seems like it will always be a work in progress.....
