Fish Kept:
5 Peacocks (3-4 inches)from a mainstream retailer which i am still identifying, surprisingly lovely fish. 5 mbuna(1-2 inches), 3 red zebra and 2 blue zebra. The direction the tank takes, either peacock or mbuna remains to be seen but if i can get away with both providing the peacocks are larger then so be it. i also have 6 puntius denesoni and an albina red tail shark i could not bare to part with. puntius are good dither fish tho.

Advice:
Research Research Research and when you think you have figured out what you are going to do don't take advice from the good people at PetsMart go to a reputable local fish store. And don't buy fish from Petsmart, walmart or any other big box, they are hit or miss on their health.
Description:
My fish habitat. 55g. I wanted it to look more natural to a real environment and not overly designed. Although it wasn't meant to mimic any realistic environment. I wanted to try to expand the space for the fish and try to make it so there were many things to swim around and varied locations for them. I took wood from the ohio river for the vertical pieces and screwed them to thick plexi which is under the rocks and couple of different kind of plants. Its currently hads 2 golden gourmamis, 5 glass fish, cori catfish, red tail shark, bushy nose pleco, and a zebra danio (my first fish from two years ago!) Just today i set up CO2 for the tank. I'm excited cause i will be able to get some plants i have wanted to get so it may change quite a bit soon.
