About Yourself:We are a husband and wife team, both of us are nurses by trade. Fish keeping is one of our creative outlets. We have two children that are growing into school age, so this is also helpful for them. Husband has been keeping fish for 30 years.
Advice:Over-engineer or be a minimalist all you want. Don't let anyone tell you how to set-up or make your tank. The only advice you need is from your fish--how are they doing? All they want is consistent water quality and food. My preference of course is to make the setting as close to natural looking as possible.
About Yourself:I have kept many varieties of tropical and cold water fish through out my life. I currently have 2 tropical tanks my main tank is the Lake Malawi set up, the other is a smaller set up for small tropical fish. I also have an out door pond with Koi and Goldfish.
