More Info

Country: Great Britain
Description: 121/50/60cm, 375L planted tank. We've gone through MANY, MANY changes, mainly due to stem plant melt-back, and breeding gouramis ripping up all our plants: repeatedly!!! We've settled on this landscape for now, but we're still struggling with a black beard algae outbreak which is attacking all our slower growing plants ferociously!!
Advice: Get your head around the fact that nearly ALL stem plants WILL "melt" or DIE!!! It then takes time to establish itself. A mature tank is a Labour of love!
Corals/Plants: Anubias, java fern, swords, siamensis 53b, bucephelandra, many vallis
Tank Size: 80 gallons
