I run it at room temp 79. It could be their food. Some food has lots of plant matter in it. fish avatar
I run the lights on a timer, 4 hours on 2 off and 4 on again, this is drastically reduced the algae problem. I run it at room temp. I love these rocks too, I got 2 garbage cans full ready for the move to the 55 gallon. fish avatar
Good advice on the algae! The algae is Killing me here,,lol So u have a timer that switchs lights on/off every 4 hours- 24 hours a day? Been trying everything with little success and hate scraping already. What temp are u running at? fish avatar
