Photo Caption: This is our first fish tank. It's a 10 gallon freshwater tank, holding 1 betta (shown in front), 2 balloon mollies, 2 sunset platies, and one pleco (and they all *do* get along very well). Will probably upgrade to a bigger tank once the pleco grows. Decorations are mostly artificial...some natural driftwood, and natural rock on the left.

Advice: Don't be afraid to put a Betta with other fish, as long as they got enough space and don't have any big shiny fins that the Betta could mistake for a male of his own species. Also, making sure that the smaller community fish are in groups helps to avoid confrontations with the betta.
Fish Kept: 1 Male Betta, 2 Balloon Mollies, 2 Sunset Platies, 1 Hifin Pleco
Corals/Plants: artificial plants, natural driftwood, natural rock
Tank Size: 10 gallons
