Description: 30 gallon glass tank 36L x 12W x 17H with a standard hood; AquaClear 300 power filter rated for 60 gallons; 200W heater; small air pump w/ submerged powerhead to spread the bubbles (mostly cosmetic);
Advice: Start your tank with cheap fish. Use a bigger filter than you think you'll need. Make friends with someone knowledgeable at your local pet shop. Get a hardy fish if you don't have the time or interest to closely watch things like diet, pH, temp.
Fish Kept: 8" oscar (red and black ciclid)
Corals/Plants: All fake
