Flora: Bacopa monnieri, Vallisneria americana gigantea, Vesicularia dubyana, Najas grass.
Fauna: Neocaridina denticulata v. siamensis, assorted snails
Advice:
Read! Diana L Walstad's book "Ecology of the Planted Aquarium..." is a good starting point.
