30 gallons freshwater fish tank (mostly fish and non-living decorations) - This is my 30 gal. tank. They were all in a huge 125 gal. tank before, but now they are back in my old 30 gal. tank as temporary until I could manage to sort out setting up of their big home...

Advice: Intuition. Know the behavior of your fish. Regardless of advice from people, the fish may still behave differently in different tank set-up, in different environment, etc... so keep close eye on your fish and study their actions.
