Description:
well, it an all-glass aquarium that is 10 gal, perfect for just a college dorm room. its currently a pirate theme, with a treasure chest, shipwreck I used to cover my airstone which gave it a cool look with the bubbles coming out of the ship. my current filter is a tetra whisper internal filter which is GREAT because its silent. i use only silk plants, and i keep only guppies, im currently working on a 45 gal freshwater natural world with my boyfriend so thats going to be fun. the background for this 10gal tank is my dresser mirro, its rather cool because you get double the amount of fish and plants.
Advice:
research research research!!! i cannot stress that enough. i went $300 in the hole in numerous tanks, supplies and dead fish. and thats because i didnt research enough. so research to save money, time and lot of tears.
Fish Kept:
i had goldfish, they died, neon tetras, but they died, a betta- he's happy, and now fancy guppies.
Corals/Plants:
Seagarden Silk Plants in both the betta tank and the 10gal

About Yourself:
My father kept fish when we were younger and its just been in the family since. My uncles are salt water and Right now im just freshwater. there was a period where we stopped fish keeping and I got back into it for my 18th birthday when i impulsively bought two fantail goldfish. Ive been fishkeeping again since.
