Fertilisation: Nurafin Co2 & Dennerle controll gel Co2. Weekly liquid ferts & root tabs under most plants.
Filtration: Standard jewel filter & powerhead.
Has changed alot since this pic, im just waiting for various mosses to grow before posting another.
Advice:
Don't give up, and buy a good aquarium book.

My 3rd tank, had over 3 years fish keeping experience, however never much success with plants. Fingers crossed I can make (&keep!) my tank looking as gorgeous as some of the others on this site. I also work in an aquarium & pet shop :D
