Description: My fishtank is a 26 gallon bow (curved front) fishtank. I have 2 air pumps one large connected to various bubble stones and a small one connected to a 4" ceramic wand. I have large aqueon water filter. In addition i also have a small water pump to help circulation.
Advice: Ive found a large amount of real plants keep fish happy and lower nitrate levels. Growing plants from seeds is a fun way to add some beauty your tank, but it is also hard to grow seeds if the fish pick at the seedlings and your bottom feeders uproot the seeds.
Fish Kept: 5 tiger barbs, 2 ruby barbs, 3 albino barbs, 2 kissing gouramis, one powder blue dwarf gourami, 2 chinese alge eaters, and one african dwarf frog
Corals/Plants: an Aponogeton, 3 amazon sword leaf, an umbrella plant, and a few fake plants
Tank Size: 26 gallons
Quote: "Plenty of fish in the sea"
About Yourself: 26 year old bartender at applebees i started with a 10 gallon and immediatly got hooked. I live on the third floor at my apartment complex, so i must wait untill i get a 75 gallon salt water tank of my dreams.
