Description:
I just put this 55 gallon tank together. I have had the Oscar for about 4 months in a 29 gallon and just got the Devil & Pleco.
My Oscar was only about 2.5" when I got him and he has already grown to about 7". My long term concern is how the Red Devil will interact with the Oscar once he equals the Oscar in size. I had the option of getting a Jack Dempsey, but the guy at the LFS said that he thought the two would be fine together as long as the Devil came into the tank much smaller.
I am open to any thoughts or suggestions.
Advice:
Cichlids are the best
Fish Kept:
1 Oscar, 1 Red Devil & 1 Pleco
