Description:
Mbuna setup in a juwel rio 180. Standard juwel filter with an external Tetratec Ex700 (turns the water over 7.4 times an hour). Over 100 pounds of old red sandstone with crushed coral as a substrate.
Advice:
My advice for new hobbyists would be to read as much as you can before you buy.

Trying for a goldfish with plants tank at the moment, but he is a hungry fellow and its costing me a fortune.
