Description: I have a custom built 20 gallon tank which as a built in light box. the light is a 15w, 18" SUN-GLO florescent bulb. For filtration I have a corner filter (largest I could find) as well as a AQUA CLEAR 30 hang on filter. A 50w heater concludes my list of equipment. So far the tank has been running for two months without any problems. All I would like now is a Bristle Nose!
Advice: Since I'm a new hobbyists myself I doubt I can give advice. Only thing I can suggest is you can never know enough so read, ask and observe!!!
Fish Kept: 1 X Polypterus senegalus, 2 X Mono Angels , 4 X Common Guppies
Corals/Plants: All natural rocks form around the area. All natural plants, although I am not sure what their names are.
Tank Size: 20 gallons
Quote: Why did the fish cross the sea? ... To get to the other tide.
About Yourself: This is my first aquarium. Being inspired by friends who have kept fish I finally decided to take the plunge and invest in a tank! I am freelance illustrator, working form home so my fish keep me company and provide me with a bit of inspiration.
