Heater set to 21-23 deg. i used to have a very green planted tank with helecopter and castle but now i am going for a more natural display, i have researched my fish's natural habitat and found that most of them come from the lake/river area so now i am working with rocks, driftwood and sand. crossing my fingers it works out.
try not to clean out your aquarium too often because caring to much is one of the biggest fish killers. buy the biggest tank you can afford, once you get into aquariums you will want to buy lots of fish, the bigger the tank the more fish you can buy.
