Description: This is my 55 gallon cichlid tank. Its all tetra equipment. The filter is a Tetratec Pf500 series. It works its wonders.Im new to this hobby.I been into keeping fish now for 1year and its been worth it.I like the natural look. But hey i like it even if it dont look real.
Advice: Im new to this hobby I started last year when my grandma gave me a little 30gallon and all i had to do was set it up and put fish in it.It sounded easy yea right.I put a convict and a oscar in it i didnt know all about needing P.H in the water so yea make a long story short i also didnt know fish die from chlorine. The convict died from ick and No P.H in the water.then i did research and now i have convicts, african cichlids, central american cichlids all in the same tank which is the 55gallon now and my moms cichlids soon to be in my 55 gallon. So my advice to all new users is.Research all you can it can help save you money and time.
Fish Kept: African,Central American,South American Cichlids.
Corals/Plants: All Fake Except The Bamboo.
Tank Size: 55 gallons
