Photo Caption:New tank, set up on June 11, 2006, upgraded from a 55 to this 90. Only a few corals ATM, but as time goes i will slowly add some. Fish seem to love the open space, they normally didnt swim out in the open as much in the 55 but are always out in this 90.
Description: 90 gallon predrilled All-Glass with built in overflow. Model 2 All-Glass sump with 125 gallon Coralife protien skimmer. Model 3000 quiet flow pump, 2 model 1200 power heads. 2 110 watt power compacts, upgrading to metal halide and power compact combo by Odysea soon. 95 lbs of assorted live rock and ~3" mixed sand bed.
48x18x24 w/ 600 GPH flow rate
Advice: Do not rush anything, not your purchasing and stocking and especially not your set up, make sure you like the rock layout and design before you do anything.
Fish Kept: Mated pair of true perculas, 1 yellow tang, 1 blue tang, 2 damsels, 2 cleaner shrimps, 1 black cucumber, a small white linkia star, and a dozen or so crabs and a NEW 2' long zebra eel!!!
Corals/Plants: 1 large Toadstoole, 2 bubble anenomes, 1 carpet anenome, 1 small leather coral, a random assortment of mushrooms, and a small group of xenias
About Yourself: Going to graduate college full time and work full time but still find time for this awsome hobby. Only been in it for 6 months now, but i have already found the time to upgrade. Cant wait till the tank matures and i can really start getting some corals going.
