Description: I am currently only running one fish tank. It is a 19.45 (UK Gallon) all glass fish tank. With a metal hood, and simple 30 Watt light. For filtration i use 2 internal filters and heat it with a normal 18 Watt heater.
Advice: Research the fish you are going to buy before you buy them, this way you are sure that you will have enough tank space to house them.
Fish Kept: 19.45 gallon 2 Silver Dollars 1 Bala/Silver shark 1 Green Killi Fish 5 Golden barbs 2 Bronze corys 1 Brittlenose plec 1 Common plec 3 Platties (1 male, 2 female)
Corals/Plants: All fake plants, accept a Java Moss ball.
About Yourself: Well i'm called george, and i live in Oldham in England. I am 15 years old and have kept fish nearly all my life. I only recently got into the tropical side of things, about a year ago i bout the 10 gallon tank that i still have now and then it esculated from there. I have done alot of research on many types of fish, even the ones that i havn't kept before. If i had some more money i would buy some larger tanks but without the room and money, that is still on hold. I currently have 1 tank running in my bedroom, and it seems to be doing fine. I try to give my fish a mix diet of vegetables, daphnia, bloodworm and flake food. I have bred quite a few different types of fish, but at the moment i am having to wait because all my fish are still too young.
