Description: 55 gal. Tall tank not very big but a nice starter tank. It has been established for about 3 months now as of 3/3/13 i had an ich. Problem that was very intense i believe i lost fish because of it. I think it was like over night that all of my fish got covered in those white spots so i used kordons rid-ich and it was gone in a little over 4 days with water temp raised to 82° so i keep it at 80° now also assisted with a 9watt uv sterilizer from petsmart that made my water even more crystal clear than before
Advice: I am a new hobbyist my self learning alot still and wanting to know and learn more
Corals/Plants: Fake plants had some live but started kordons rid ich and killed them but was only worried about getting rid of the ich
Tank Size: 55 gallons
About Yourself: Im a painting contractor who wanted to stay busy after work withmy kids also helping me. I was raised around fish tanks all my life but just started one of my own. Started with a 10 us gal. But quickly moved to a 55 us gal.
