Description:
55 gallon bow front reef tank,arcadia series 3 dual 150w lighting with actinic t5s,vectron uv steriliser,wavemaker i picked up(i dunno who made by),two powerheads,one maxijet mod,rena external filter with rowaphos,and carbon,tmc skimmer,i dont use this hardly at all,a few hours a day,thats it.no sump,so a bit clunky looking with the skimmer pump inside.
Advice:
i am kind of new,so not much i can say really,except for dont rush,i did it,had the best looking tank ever .....for a month which crashed and i lost hundreds.
Fish Kept:
black clown,common clown,bicolor angel,hippo tang,orchid dotty back,cleaner wrasse,turbo snails,2 starfish,fire shrimp,cleaner shrimp,hermits
Corals/Plants:
pulse coral,zoas,various mushrooms and leathers,3 anenomes,various others

I was one of those people that had kept tropical fish and stearred clear of marines,but after a difficult period in my familly,my girlfriend sugested i give it a try to put my mind to something,and its been great,hard work initially but the end result is sssoooooo relaxin,and i wake up excited when the lights go on every day,big kid eh
