Description: Tank is an owner builder 3 meter long x 1 meter tall x 800 wide, Aqua-medic 5000 single skimmer, 2.4m long sump/refg in basement, custom lighting via 6 x 54 t5 actinic, 5 x 150 halides mix of 10000k and 20000k plus some 6 meters of led 14watt/meter strip light
Advice: Have a go, bigger is better, I THINK?
Fish Kept: some
Corals/Plants: minimal at the moment waiting for more rock for fathers day.
Tank Size: 800 gallons
About Yourself: I was planning my house and decided a aquarium room divider was a good idea, after a few quotes i decided building the tank would be cheaper and more rewarding so with the help of my father in-law we built the tank, Electrician by trade with no real aquarium experience, knowledge from books/internet.
