29 gallons freshwater fish tank (mostly fish and non-living decorations) - 29gal, I like it, but can't wait to go bigger!

freshwater fish - moenkhausia sanctaefilomene - red eye tetra stocking in 29 gallons tank - Red Eye Tetra(Balloon version) I recommend going with the regular ones, these guys aren't the heartiest, but 3 of 8 persevered for 2 years so far

Description: mostly drift wood, low maintenance, aquaclear filter, surface skimmer attachted to the cheapo filter that the set came with, double bright led from marineland plus a strip of leds from a car led site to cool down the color a bit, wood keeps the water stained with tannins

Advice: read everything you can, try something at least once and if it doesn't work try something else, eventually it will all work out. Plan as much as you can!

Fish Kept: congos, some left over red eyes, and a clown pleco

Corals/Plants: java fern

Tank Size: 29 gallons

About Yourself: I had a freshwater tank as a kid that was all cichlids, and my girlfriend got me back into it with this 29 gallon tank as her Christmas gift to me a few years back.
