More Info

State: Indiana
Country: United States
Description: Sold the 125 setup after 3 years.here is the new one: 70g tall, bare bottom with just pieces of driftwood, 100g wet/dry filtration with 4 bio-sponges inside tank, a 200w aqueon in sump and marineland 300w in tank with low lighting
Advice: IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT, DONT START IT! This hobby gets VERY expensive! Dont be scared of discus, there are ALOT of myths out there about "Low PH" and "very soft water". From my experience discus will thrive in a WIDE range of perimeters as long as the tank is super clean and you stay consistant with water changes with a steady PH.
Fish Kept: Discus-1 White Face Orange Melon, 1 Blue Diamond, 2 Fire Dragons, 1 white face Orange Panda, 1 Rose Red, 2 leopards and 1 Pigeon Blood. Other-1 Albino Bushynose Pleco, 2 Bolivian Rams,1 German Blue Ram, 2 siamese algae eaters, and 2 flying foxes.
Corals/Plants: None. Driftwood Only
Tank Size: 70 gallons
About Yourself: Been in the hobby 4 years now, didn't know what I was getting into but even after 4 years its still as if i just started last week.
