Description:
12-29-2008 Update. After six months of running with only an algae scrubber.
Old version:
Sorry, this version of this tank is no more. Due to improper maintenence by the two guys I hired to maintain it, it had a complete crash on 8/07. The pic here may look good, but what you don't see is that Nitrate = 100, Phosphate = 3 (not point three), and the entire back wall is covered in green slime, and that the sand bed has not one living thing in it, and that nowhere in the tank is there a spec of coralline. After studying how things actually work, and rebuilding the tank myself, it is now much better. To see it, search the web for "santamonica turf filter"
