Photo Caption: This is the start of my reef tank! Just done today. Any pointers would be great. Have two air stones to help dissolve the salt.
55 gallons freshwater fish tank (mostly fish and non-living decorations) - Now half empty of water and being prepped for salt... any advice or encouragement would be appreciated by the way. It will be my first run. TIA!

Advice: RESEARCH; Don't be in a hurry and enjoy the ride and learning curve. Advice for the webmaster -- please make sign up forms 'tabbable' :)
Fish Kept: Cichlid and Angels right now (other tanks) -- moving to FOWLR -- and eventually a REEF I hope:)
Corals/Plants: NA (for now)

About Yourself: IT Professional; had freshwater tanks for about 3 years now -- I have no idea how I ended up with 3 tanks... I just do that sometimes (run with things)! Fun though. Looking forward to the FOWLR/REEF adventure!
