i'm going to publish this entire thread onto my blog, and later print it out for myself... although... christina bug edited some of her post... that sucks... oh well... i just read it all again right now... and i miss all you fucks that don't even come onto this board anymore... especially boss... i have to keep in touch with that guy... nothing but a genuine friend right there...

I often have to catch my plecos & measure them out of the water. They are sold by the cm and as such i need to know their true size.
They suffer no long lasting ill effects from having this done, they are a bit annoyed with me but as soon as dropped back into the tank they go about normal business.
I've had other fish that have also been pulled out of the tank on occassion, usually to treat something. As long as they are not kept out for excessive time its all good

WOW, Clipping wings off a bird is messed up, as is clipping a dogs ears, its pointless. I would never clip my dogs ears, and I would never take my fish out of water for no good reason.
