This is where my bristlenose and guppies live, can't really see much due to the tannins from the wood in there...
There is in residence:
1 male LF common BN
2 female SF common BN
1 male SF albino BN
1 female SF albino BN
+
lots and lots of guppies

awesome I love it. This is such a fun hobby! I love seeing others habitats and layouts I just love this site I don't care what anyone says. Bad ones are good to see too so I know what not to try lol!

I like tannins too, specially in this tank. The fish obviously like it too, seeing as i've got guppy fry everywhere (actually some will need to be culled out) and my common LF male and SF female bristlenose have fry, majority LF by the look of them (their 1st spawn)

I may be remembering my facts incorrectly, but isn't it next to impossible to breed bristlenose? If so, much props to you.

Peppermint bn can be difficult, my females are too young yet to attempt to breed.
Common, albino & orange spots are fairly easy. Keeping the fry alive can be difficult, they have a high mortality rate when very small. I find if you grow them in the tank they were born in they do great. When you have to move them to a growout tank it can be a problem (specially with the albino fry)

i agree i like this site also! ive learned alot from it n woulda saved much $ n headaches had i found it earlier.n been able to spend more on my other two hobbies....guitars n weapons .......gotta love a m16 with grenade launcher......my son does....lol
