you have to understand that they make a more random and indirect flow

Pimp,

Try the #3, I think it pumps like 850 or so. I have 2 nano (265 each) and works great on my 10G. The #4 might be too strong for a 65G, but I ccan be wrong. They (koralia) just came out with the new powerheads, where you can control the flow. I wish they had it before, cuz sometimes I feel the flow a bit too much in my tank.

I'll second Delta,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it is definatley a different type of flow/movement - - espesially if your used to haveing a squadron of F-14's in there........lol

put a maxi on one side of the tank and the korlia on the other - - - -turn one on and put a half dose of purpleup in there and watch the cloud when it settles turn the other on and do the other half and see the difference in current

ill never be with out em again

What is it 1300 G/Hr? you wnat 2000 G/Hr? Wow! Sounds like plan.
They're also great for breaking surfaces.

I have about 950 in my nano. The hardest part was to make an even turbulance, without hurting anything. Took me for a while.. For about an hour..:-) I wish..bit longer than that.
IMO you could easily go more than 2000, just watch for overheating.

I have a #4 in my 125 . I feel its not enough flow. So I bought 2 sunsun pumps. I really like them and its trouble free ( just don't attach it to a wave maker) . For the price of a #4 Koralia , you can get a sunsun pump rated @ 2800gph and feels 2X more than a #4..
