A dwarf snakehead can get up to 12-14" one that's not a dwarf can get up to 36" a black ghost knife gets to be 20". So one snakehead as an adult needs 400 gallons and an adult knife needs 200 so I hope your planing on flooding your basement. Do your research bud, also there is a reason that they are banded in the united states, this is cause a snakehead will kill anything that will fit in its mouth. So with that being said your yoyos won't stand a chance with them once they get big enough.

There's no way that those fish, as adults, could live happily and comfortably in a 30 gallon tank. In fact, i find it very unlinkley they would even survive to adulthood in such a small tank.

Just curious, where do you live, because here in the US snakeheads are illegal to own, and from what i understand they are very hard to keep in a fish tank.

personally i think that one inch per gallon doesnt work for my tank, all the fish in my tank are loving it, that may work with smaller fish or cichlids, but i have found that as there have room to swim about, good fliter system, once a week water changes, nd all the fish are fed the right food i cant really see what the problem is!
