Freshwaterpleco. Do you really want to be kicked off this site? You're coming really close. Nobody but you throws out personal insults like you and maybe you should find a place where members like to insult each other. Maybe you should start your own lonely forum and have it all to yourself, and you can sign on with a bunch of different user names and have a whole forum that is only you. How old are you anyway, because you act like a little brat who has no friends and isn't going to be making any any time soon. Tell us why you have two user names Freshpleco?

i really dont think the salt theory was the prob not sure of the prob but i have a sailfin pleco living in brackish water with a salinity of 1.008 and he has been in there for about a year. I think you might need to take a look a the surroundings enough hiding spots and the such most plecos like to hide during the day a come out at night if not enough hiding spots could have been picked on.

Hello,
Did you have any true algae in your tank? The algae pellets don't keep them alive, I mean it is basically just something to get in their stomach but if you look on the ingredients on the back of the algae waffers algae is way at the bottom. They need true algae to stay alive! So my guess is he starved because he was not getting the nutrition that he would originally be getting from true algae.
