Nice Rides

by nicholas542

Hey everyone at rate my fish tank. This goes out to saltwater, freshwater, and brackish hobbyists. I want to see some pics of some nice cars that ya'll own, you've seen, or are working on. Here's a pic of my first restoration prodject. My 1971 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 at the Founders Day parade in Tonasket, Washington.

Yeah I got some Flex in my 1971 Chevrolet Camaro z28. The powerplant is out of a 1969 chevrolet corvette ( the first year of small block 350 c.i. in vettes ) The heads are fully ported and polished , and match ported to the intake mainfold. The short block is balanced, blueprinted, and zero decked. The entire rotating assembly is forged steel. At the wheels I'm producing 485 H.P. with an 1/8th mile E.T. of 7.50 ( yes I race brackets not full out 1/4 mile drags ). The car to my estimates will run in the low 11.00 second catagory in the quarter mile never ran a full drag strip though. All that and the engine is 12:1 compression and is street legal.
