| About Yourself: |
Always loved the hobby. Got serious about it 4 years ago. I mainly keep discus, I have 9 at the moment. 2 are in my planted tank. The others are in a 55-gallon grow out tank and my first and oldest, witch I nicknamed killer is in a 10-gallon tank. He is one very aggressive discus.
I have been keeping plants for about 3 years and injecting co2 for 6 months. I will never go back to plastic plants again.

| About Yourself: |
I work in a scientific field. I'm really into the planted tank scene at the min and am just getting to grips with the hobby |
| Advice: |
if planted you need CO2, adequate lighting and a suitable nutrient dosing regime and frequent water changes to get the most from the hobby...when I started out I had problems with Black brush algae as the above advice wasn't taken |

| About Yourself: |
Once upon a time (2002) I received a single goldfish in a tiny plastic carry container for Christmas. The rest is history... |
| Advice: |
Don't overstock. Just because your house might fit 100 people, doesn't mean you'd be comfortable living with them... Same goes for fish. |
