if planted you need CO2, adequate lighting and a suitable nutrient dosing regime and frequent water changes to get the most from the hobby...when I started out I had problems with Black brush algae as the above advice wasn't taken |

Been keeping fish tanks for 15 years or so, this is my first attempt at a planted tank. Have had 10-125 gal tanks saltwater, reef, and fish only. This hobby never gets boring. |
