anything frozen or dried. put in a net and rinse in the sink.

ok, cool. have you guys ever used the marine coctail? i think its frozen krill,plankton , mysis, and something else. it comes in a frozen pack of 8 cubes, they sell it at the shop i goto

i have used stuff like that i think the other thing is algae.my corals loved it.
